capitec treating customers like ### even with a great credit record!!!

Capitec is a disgrace !!!!

I moved my account from absa to capitec . Was told that I can do application for a credit card after a few months . So I did, when I got to the bank today I was told I do even have any ct on credit bureau. So I was told to get one from Checkers. And just sort issue with them. When I got my record it was great. So when I phone capitec I was told that now I can not have a credit card because my rentals is not registered as a company !!!

What is this. You can see My income. I have no debt and is renting out 8 properties… and you tell me I am not good for a credit card???!! Capitec is a joke and unprofessional . I just closed my accounts at absa today before this unprofessional service !!!!! thanks capitec for not caring about your customers that brings the money in !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DISGRACE
