Capitec tramples human rights

I complained recently about Capitec treating me like a bio hazard because they were not happy with the way my mask looked. The mall where the branch is was happy with my mask and did not attempt to remove me. The branch just wanted to implement their own arbitrary rules. The resolve I got from them a few days ago was truly priceless "we won't change our ways of implementing arbitrary rules we dreamed up without any medical prove or substantiating law, please refer the matter to the banking ombid" What a sad day. Even their employees can't say they are proud of capitec trampling basic human rights and dignity by treating people like bio hazards. I am truly saddened by their behavior and traumatized by their insistence that I am a bio hazard
