CAPITEC TRAIN YOUR STAFF

Yall are so exhausting and please train your staff... I've been sending money overseas via PayPal the whole year last year and when I tried this year I get a "contact your bank" error. I went to the capitec in Carlsworld midrand to enquire. They lie and say capitec does not deal with paypal, I showed them previous transactions to show that yes yall do but instead of making a call and figuring something up the Sat there and insisted that they don't deal with paypal. I don't know if they are not trained or maybe they just don't want to help but banking with you guys is exhausting
