Capitec Trade Route staff are LAZY

I went to capitec bank trade route mall in november to open an account, they refused to help me because the marriage certificate i had was the original written one from the marriage officer, the staff said that they could not use that marriage certificate. Funny how another branch helped me with no problem at all. Today my husband went to open a banking account for my daughter and again trade route capitec refused to help him because his “id photo” is not right whatever the hell that means. He went to standard bank and opened an account there. Trade route staff needs to be flippen fired because they are lazy the other branches are helpful but this bunch are useless.
