Capitec Trade Route " Shantineese" Rude Fool

I had the most ********* treatment from a Lady by the name of Shantineese who back chatted me and spoke slang in rude behavior just because I asked if there was someone wiping down th e key pads of the Atm's. I ams sorry I will not allow one of yiyr staff speaking to me like that. In fact I am thinking of closing my account as I can't people who don't RESPECT Me. If you can't train your staff to treat us customers with respect then surely you doing a poor job. For a lady to present herself in that manner is shocking really
