Capitec top up voucher

Greetings to all i am very very disappointed with capitec bank services. Last week on the 25th i bought a capitec bank voucher i tried to load it on my phone but it did not want to go through I called in to report the matter last week but still no one is able to help me with the matter they told me they wrote an inquiry to the voucher place but still I have not received my capitec bank top up voucher

The thing is I don't need it anymore because I wanted to use it last week I just need my refund that's all because they failed to help me in time regarding of the matter that's how I was facing and they can't blame the voucher please because capitec was the one introducing that voucher top up so there was supposed to help me with my problem so I'm very very disappointed with their service
