Capitec took R24 000 from my account

Hello Peter..I took a loan at Capitec Bank last year,and my installment is R9286...so I have been unemployed for 6 months now,I made arrangements with them in March that I will pay R300 until I find job, on the 1st of August I earn R19 000 and they deduct monthly installment of R9286,and my other things deducted R2700,then Capitec took all the remaining balance from my acc and left me with 0.0..I went to the branch I was told that R5700 was for the arrears,and they told me that they will reverse it but they didn't,then on Saturday I got R9000 from SARS,,Capitec took it all and again left me with R0.0 balance and I was again told that it was for the arrears and we had no agreement or arrangement that they should deduct each and every that gets into my account...I went to capitec again and they gave me only half of the arrears which is R7000 of which total amount of arrears was R14000...so I dont know how will I sustain with R7000 of 6 month of unemployment...Capitec took almost R24 000 from my acc within 3 days...I am afraid that even if my parents send me money they will also take it and leave with R0.0 again ????
