Capitec took my money

Capitec is something else,for me they've been sooo good I've never had any complain about but now I'm very disappointed with them,They opened my account and took my money,when I'm trying to find out where is my money they told me that they are stills investigating and they don't know how long it will take,it's month end now and I really need that cash,I don't know whether they want to take my money or what
