Capitec took my money
I draw a cash sent bay Shoprite Delary Roodepoort I put my code but no money was received place are full of camera's that shows I didn't.workers at Shoprite says the machine makes problems as I was not the only 1 sins Saturday 02/05/2026 I struggled with Capitec as I didn't hat foot for my 3 kids that the money was for or transport money for work so I lost 1 day salary had no food for my kids and still on 05/05/2026 I have to wait 7 days

05 May 2026, 15:54Capitec did come back to me as they say the sender must phone not I the receiver so they can't help but is not there or the sender that need the money it's me so way can't they look and help u with a case number as I do need it to be sorted but not them or the sender have to wait 7 days to provide my family plz I ask Capitec to sort it asap and come back to me on this matter as it put me under stress

06 May 2026, 18:12I did receive the refund today 06/05/2026 but no apology off Capitec for the 5 day delay no apology for the stress I went Trew so I Wil like them to address this problem on a decent matter asap
