Capitec took my last money

Today as we all know is the 27th Feb, which is not the last day of the month (which is 28th Feb) . I had no money in my Account to get home from work so i transferred R100 into my savings account to get home. Capitec debited the whole R100, when i called to query the lady tells me it was for my loan which is about R2000pm. why debit my last money the day before month end which is not even my salary deposit. I am ****ed because my agreement with this bank is to debit my acc on the last day of each month( i know that if it fell on a Sunday im debited a day early which is no problem), i am stranded because this useless bank cannot wait 1more day to get their money. DO NOT EvER take out a loan with this BANK. and worst of all i ask to speak to someone who can help me and im on hold for more than 5min, USELESS
