Capitec took my grocery money

I app**** for Debt review and my Debt counsellor cancelled all my debit orders. I bank with Capitec and have for the past 10 years. All other creditors did not debit and Capitec debited. Why are you the only instutution that debitted my account?.Why must I have to open a Mzansi account to ensure You never repeat this ?. Why must I have to change a bank to avoid money grabbing by my own bank?FDA debitted to pay my creditors and Capitec took the little money I needed for food .
