capitec to reverse my money back

Ss legal cover deducted my money R 180 on 31st may without my permission,they recruiting people claiming they work under capitec and promised people that capitec will call to explain everything further and if u agree then meaning u joined but if u don't they will leave u,but nothing they just, i was assisted girl called karabo, this people are ****ing us and when you go to capitec to do the reversal they tell you that you cannot reverse it when i call this ss legal and med they told me that they cancelled everything but still debiting my money ....capitec also need to do something about this because now am forced to change my banking account
