Capitec to release my funds

A bank claimed a *****ulent activity on my Capitec savings account. Capitec Bank then terminated my account and with held my funds in the account. I was in strucked to go to the ombudsman to open a complaint. The complaint has been concluded 8 months later. In the report it stated the funds will be released back to me. I need to contact Capitec Complaints department to open my account temporarily to access the funds. Last week when I sent the email.. Capitec rep**** to say the case is at the ombudsman even tho I attached the report. I sent another email but now no response.
