Capitec to MBD listing higher than normal Installment

I know i didnt pay you guys on time, but that doesnt mean i have to be crucified for it. I had a contractual relationship with Capitec, but when i couldnt pay due to personal reasons, you gave the account to your friends MBD so that they can list a higher than normal installment. MBD listed an installment amount of R63513.00 which makes it difficult for me to move on with my life. On the bureau, the outstanding balance is R76330.00. How on earth can installment exceed 80% of the outstanding balance? To make matters worse, I requested a discounted settlement letter so that i close off my account, and it comes amounting to R90630.00 which is unreasonably fair. At the moment im paying them R200 every month, however i do wanna close off the account. How are they different to a loan shark who takes people's ID so that they dont move in with their lives? Cause if they are listing an installment exceeding 60k, i can not do anything as-well. I'm giving you guys until the end of the week to resolve this with your friends, either you take back the account so that i close it off with you, or you tell them to list a normal installment. By Friday, ill ask NCR to intervene if i dont get something tangible as i believe this is ********ity at its highest level.
