Capitec thinks they are untouchable

This has now been 2 years in a row where capitec just sends out an sms stating they will debit my account on the 14th of December, how on earth if I haven't even been paid yet. I called and they stated that they have conformation from my employer that I am getting paid earlier, but my employer sent out an email stating I will only get paid on the 19th of December, so how do they think they can debit my account before then.

All my other debtors have contacted me regarding this and asked if they can take the debit orders earlier, but not Capitec because they think they are untouchable.

Your client care is atrocious, and this is the reason why certain people leave you bank. You need to upgrade this system of yours. This needs to change.
