Capitec... think twice, they allow ***** to happen

So you call them to report *****, they tell you that they cannot assist unless I have proof. I ask them will the emails I have between myself and the company suffice, the lady says no, it is not good enough.

SO they allow companies to ***** your money and do absolutely Jack**** when you report it.
