Capitec Theft

My name is BG Nhlapo. On 4 Jan2021 I went to deposit R2200 into my bank account at the Springs branch at the Avenues shopping centre. The machine swallowed both my card and money and an assistant saw all of this. He told me to go inside to report the matter while i was sitting inside with a consultant named Ayanda Mlangeni the assistant came back with the card and told me that the consultant will help me with my refund. After making a few phone calls i am now told that the machine gave me my money back. My ref number is ***3. The manager of the branch is Thabo Magadenisa and the stand in manager was Leslie Spenser. The CEO needs to contact me and compensate all my money back.
