Capitec the worste bank ever ( very melicious)

If I could rate a -0 I would. What a terrible bank, been loyal and with them since 2010, n changed immediately I would not recommend Capitec to anybody,be aware of this bank they are melicious, it's seems like there is some internal ***** happening in this bank. I got ****med with a 20k 7 months ago. Reported it immediately and then was told they see the funds n it was transferred to an external bank .. and that I need to get a avidavit to save my funds. That never happened, they sent a sms to say sorry your funds has been utilised,after complaint logged with ombudsman Capitec decides to refund me 1000 from a 20 000 what a joke! And I'm pretty sure this bank already claimed from there I insurance, obviously I wasn't happy with a 1000 refund from a 20k went back to ombudsman, ombudsman then says it's up to Capitec whether they want to refund me or not as ombudsman cannot force Capitec how bad is this. So no one else can help n Capitec just gets away with it .... People be AWARE of Capitec.... They cannot be trusted.
