Capitec the worst bank ever

I am deeply disappointed I recently had an unknown debit order from my capitac account when I tried to query I was told that the was a person who tried to send me money on the 5 of dec 2019 and somehow the money never came through to capitec system So capitec paid or sent that money to me on the client ‘s behalf But what surprises me is that capitec comes back and debit money from account while they didn’t have those Arrangements with me What kind of micky mouse story is that? I have never had of such in my entire existence of life. And it’s not the first time they pull out this kind of erroneous act Last time they couldn’t even assist with reversing money that was mistakenly sent to a wrong recipient what kind of a bank is this?
