Capitec - The Stone Ages

Worst decision I ever made. App**** online and had my card delivered, which I though was the best thing. Switched all my debit orders and salary to the bank and closed my FNB account. Recently, my card was damaged and I need a new one. I have to now waste my time going into a branch. This is the most backwards bank I have ever encountered. If you're thinking of making a change to Capitec, please DO NOT. This bank is trying to take us back to the stone ages where you sit and wither away in long queues that goes out by the doors. Other banks are also not the best, but at least they understand that we have jobs to do and cannot waste our time sitting in a queue.
