Capitec the poorest bank

Hi well I don't recommend anyone to use that bank at all because 2 years back I had a case where by my account was used for ***** I didn't even know about it because I did not receive any sms when i wanted to use my card at the shop it declined when I when I went on the app to see what's going on all my figures was gone I went then into the bank and they said someone committed ***** on my account I have to give a affidavit in whereby I did and till today they still can't help me with my account or solve the problem they care nothing about they customers and we lying in 2024 and still they can't open my account or even just close it so please I don't recommend anyone to use that bank standard bank at least notify they customers what's going on not this bank. Capitec bank is the poorest bank when it comes to satisfying there customers.
