Capitec the most useless bank ever!!!!
Capitec is one useless Bank
I have been running around,trying all platforms from whatsapp,to call centre,to branch and back in order for Capitec to dispute and stop unauthorised debit orders.I have been given a affidavit sent from the customer service centre to fill and take to the branch,still nothing.I have been a loyal Capitec Bank client for more than a decade and still this is the kind of assistance one gets...This is unacceptable!! How do we begin to run around from pillar to post in order to get our very own hard earned money.???Utermost the worst bank and im definetly closing this account and moving to another bank.
