Capitec the ****iest bank

2weeks ago I went to my local Capitec branch for a loan application & dealt with a lady by the name of Masego @ Pan Africa mall Alexandra

All necessary documents were submitted & to date I have'nt received any response. I went in several times & called to follow up but I'm being told my request has been sent somewhere & the guys on the other end says the have'nt gotten to my email so I should wait.

I then decided to call head office & dealt with a manager by the name of Gino. I did the same process (paper work) & even have email correspondents & still no luck. Capitec offers the craziest service & I would'nt advise anyone to do business with them & this is not because I never got the loan but because of all the frustration I went through & money spent during this process.

This is very simple & not rocket science, either you get approved or declined so what I don't understand is stand is why does it take this looooonnnngggg to get feedback.
