Capitec the bank with problems

Once again Capitec Bank has showed its incompetence to deal with volume of clients, hence the share price dropped and now to retain clients they have to start selling insurance. They have blocked my virtual card feature again. For what reason? I'm the only one using the card every day and there is no ***** on my account. now my business has to stop due to this stupid bank. The loss of income will not be replaced by Capitec. Why do you keep doing this to me. This time I'm really moving to another bank. SA stay away from Capitec. You will only be treated as a number.
