Capitec The Art of Useless.

Useless as a bank, offers nothing of use but to charge you to hold your funds, every 2 days you're unable to access anything their always offline or not functioning. Absolutely useless. Inconvenient is an understatement, they should just close their doors, empty promises. Can't express how useless they are as a bank, and don't even get me started on the staff talk about uptight people thinking they above the rest no customer service at all. This bank is a ****, gives you grief when you try and close your account with them. Forces for law to be evolved for them to do anything,... This bank is a disgrace.
