Capitec the account blocker

I received a message from Capitec requesting that i send documents or go to the branch in order to confirm source of funds. I went to the branch and the consultant advised me to open an Entrepreneur account as well as go to the police station and get an affidavit. I did that.

To my surprise after two days of submitting the required documents, my accounts were blocked. I just need my funds that are in that account which is just R300 so that I can officially close that account and move to another bank with no hassles.
