Capitec the ****!

This bank has made my life miserable,I took a loan with them and on the very same day when I read the contract at Home,I wasn't happy with it's terms,in particular the ridiculous interest rate which I didn't note,the agreement had a cooling off period of 5 working days and the very next working day I went to them to have the loan cancelled or reversed as I hadn't used a cent of it,at first they said it couldn't be resolved and after filing a complaint and allocated a complaints manager,was told the matter is being investigated then later that it'd be resolved as there is a solution in place,I have countless emails from them,I've lost money calling them and visiting the branch with my own fuel and time each time I'd be told to wait for a call,it has been almost a month of waiting and the debit order went off yet the loan is in dispute and I didn't use their money,it's payday of another month,been sent from pillar to post,no solution whatsoever! WORST BANK,I NOT ONLY REGRET TAKING A LOAN WITH THEM BUT RECEIVING MY SALARY FROM THEM!
