Capitec terrible experience

Nothing hurt like having my case not being taken serious while account remain frozen capitec has bothered to even update me on what is going nothing is moving my life remains on my children's grant is paid on that account the worst every transaction that was linked to my account their account have been unfrozen and the client who froze my account keeps saying she had sorted out for my account to be unblocked,i even sent proof that i have refunded her for the work that was outstanding as per qoute capitec is the worst ever, everyone that was linked to this matter their banks have unfrozen their account but no my mine remains frozen with no update from Capitec i swear they do not even look at the case at all terrible treatment
