Capitec terrible delays on International payments

I'm speechless by what I've witnessed by sister go through with Capitec bank. She received an international payment about 3 weeks back but to this day hasn't received her money. She and her husband have made multiple trips to the bank amd called in only to be told to wait and just be patient, it should reflect within two days yet it's now 3 weeks. This is unacceptable as I've never heard of international payments taking this long to become available in one's account. To make matters worse, she is 8 and half months pregnant and has now defaulted on her medical aid which has led to it being suspended due to non payment. Last week she had cramps and had to go to a public hospital to get checked where she stood for hours before getting help. They have also failed to pay their son's school fees so he's been suspended from until full payment of fees and were late on rent. How can this be when they have money that belongs to them which they can't access because someone in the bank won't release it or do the necessary? This makes me wonder what sort of bank Capitec is as it's not the first review we've read about relating to late clearance of international payments. Capitec, you are really messing with people's lives. This serves as a warning to me and all those in my circle to stay away from this bank if this is the lack of empathy they show their clients. I am extremely disappointed.
