Capitec terrible customer service

I app**** for a personal loan days ago. they responded back asking for documents which i sent through and thereafter i never heard back from them. its been days now. i have called in the direct loan number that they put you through and sat there for 30 mins at a time an no one responds. Capitec that is some serious bad service. I am appalled! for the last time, contact me on ***
