CAPITEC Terrible APP - easy to crack

My phone got ******, it took me some time to get home to another phone. In that 1 hour or so they managed to crack the capitec app and empty my account - thats how bad their security is, they didnt have my code, app password nothing and still managed to empty my account and CAPITEC say there is nothing they can do... pathetic. also they made the same transaction 4 times to the same account, all other banks mark duplicate transactions as a security risk and blck them. i am very unhappy with CAPITEC - their app security is pathetic and their responses are pathetic,
