Capitec telkom airtime reap off

I just noticed that when i use my Capitec app to buy airtime it doesn’t get loaded. This is frustrating because Capitec advices people to use the bank app when they are actually reaping people off.From the 25th on my payday i have been buying airtime through the app but my balance still remains at zero.I recently bought airtime using the Capitec banking app. I still have not received my airtime or my money back in my account,I want to know what is happening to my money and i want it back. My statement shows all these telkom purchases which i never received. I would like my money reimbursed back to my account!!!
