Capitec ***** team is useless

My phone was ****** and they were able to access my bank account and over R6000.00 was taken in less than 20 minutes and the only reply I got from them was that they cannot track the funds and no explanation on how they able to bypass face verification and immediately the case was closed in less than 2 days of losing my money when they told me it will take over 14 to 21 days.

And clearly they telling me they wont get me my money back or refund me even when is their bank with loop holes and no full security.

I am officially leaving capitec bank and will spread this on twitter as well.
