Capitec taking no responsibility for ***** cases

Someone hacked into my internet banking, transferred thousands over to a beneficiary who was created by the hackers . I opened a ***** case at the police station 4 weeks after they let me know that Capitec cannot be held liable. This is BS!!! How can someone loose a hole months salary and accept the answer given by the bank...
