Capitec taking long to send me the paid-up letter for the account I settled

I have a problem with Capitec Bank, My account was in arrears and I made arrangements to settle the account which I settled, Now its been close to 3 weeks since I settled the account and they still don't send me the paid-up letter for ***. When I call them they keep promising it will take 24 hours and I wait for that 24 hours nothing happens, I need that paid-up letter to clear my name, another problem, they also call me mybe 5 times a day and ask me when am I paying while I settled the account, I feel like that is harassment, I have waited 3 weeks for this paid-up letter
