Capitec takes no responsibility for their actions

I just came from Capitec bank where they decided by themselves that they would take money from my account for my personal loan on a earlier date than what my salary is paid into my account at another bank. Banks being banks charged me a unpaid fee twice because of this reckless decision and the friendly staff member of Capitec just throws her shoulders in the air. We are nothing to them. They take no responsibility for their actions. Think twice before making loans with Capitec bank.
