Capitec take your customers serious

Not Capitec failing us literally because tell me why they failing to tell us how far they are with the investigation of our late moms life covers! We’ve been going to Capitec from time to time and still there’s no way forward but they keep telling us it’s should pay up in 7 days from now.its been over a month now .it started from them not calling us to let us know mom had a life cover after claiming her funeral cover… Capitec schools are opening soon n you guys still don’t say anything,how are we suppose to take care of school fees and registrations.been declined from other schools for not paying in time.im so furious because they keep quiet
