CAPITEC TAKE CLIENTS SERIOUSLY

I once complained about this horrible bank, and a lady by the name of Thobeka sent an email confirming that she will be handling my case, she even called and i had hope that my matter would be resolved by the 14th which is today and the other time a man named robin from the same bank sent an email saying he will also be handling my matter but this time around Robin did not specify by when, yoh this horrible bank is just a **** i hope they learn from other banks like FNB and Standard Bank where customers are taken seriously, i mean this is the money we work hard for and trust these banks to secure and keep our financials safe but no we suffer in the hands of the very same institutions, Capitec are just worse than the actual ******s and ******* on the streets, Capitec is a ***** hiding behind those suits and corporates, you bank with capitec on your own risk, i would'nt advise anyone to use this nonsensical bank🚮🚮🚮.
