Capitec systems are faulty and I will after the 4th time now sue them in court for financial loss as well as the ceo. DONT trust these *****sters!!!

I have sent various e-mails, kept staff in the bank till an hr after closing. 3 times, this is the 4th time we have lost a property and business we wanted to purchase due to Capitec listing me as missing payment, when In actual fact they took payment before contract date, which resulted in showing in arrears. We have to those day lost over 5 million in income, due to their incompetence and no willingness to resolve it. I phoned, emailed, visited the branch and still not resolved. I have mow started legal action against them and I am suing the bank and CEO as he has no clue what is happening in his bank and the lives they destroy. I want every single person to start suing for the impact they had and still have on their lives. My dec debit order went off on the 31st, but due to my contracts says payment the 2nd they listed me on ITC as missing payments. This resulted 4 times now got our applications being declined due to Capitec. We were told that and showed. I want my ITC cleared by COB. And we will go to court. Im inviting anyone who went through the same financial loss and humiliation to join me. To the CEO, I think you are pathetic. You live in luxury while destroying others. Now its time for us to claim what you took from us!!! You BETTER make sure my ITC is cleared by COB or I will report you to the financial institute and not just for loss of income but for *****. Dont trust this bank, they steel from you, they ensure your reputation goes down the drain and have no care about your life. Take them on.
