capitec switches debit orders without authorization

i app**** for a loan at Capitec bank and it was fortunately approved but then capitec then decided to send all my creditors a request fro debit order switch without my authorization and whgen i phoned them they say i must find a branch and go to fix it myself, i am so dissapointed because this means all my debit orders will bounce on the 25th because my salary goes into my Nedbank account.

i get paid on the 25 so i took my time and went to the branch in Wonderpark to ask for assistance on Saturday morning (23.02.2019) and they told me to go back to the branch that was offering me a loan, which is Rosslyn and i did that and when i got there they tell me i must come back again on a business day as they will not assist me on a weekend, and the person that was assisting me is not at work, i must now make means to pay my creditors because the debit orders will bounce.
