Capitec SUX!!!!

*****ulent transaction occurred on my banking app. It appears there has been a breach on the bank's side, The bank says there is NOTHING they can do for me. I must contact Mr. D, the purchase was made through their APP. Mr. D could only give me the Person's name and nothing else due to the POPI Act. I used to think Capitec is a good bank, but will NEVER refere anyone ever again. There was also *****ulent activity on my Godson's account on the same day. Also online purchase and also Capitec. long stories not to get the money back.... What is Capitec up to??? Collecting R70's for every account they block due to *****ulent activity and issue new cards?? Nice x-mas bonus if you do this to 100 clients a week....
