Capitec suspended my accounts without informing me
Hello Peter please help me out.
Capitec Bank has blocked my accounts without calling me and getting my side of the story.
My name: Nonhlanhla Patience Masuku ID number: *** 086 Blocked Account numbers: *** and *** Contact number: ***
Capitec closed my accounts because I received R20 000 and R6000 from the person we are playing salary savings club with. Capitec Bank just decided to block my accounts without even informing me now I cannot access my money. Please contact me urgently for help. I want Capitec to release my money.

I have been waiting for your call the whole day, and then to my surprise you send me the email saying you have been trying to call and I am not picking up your call. I called you and the person I spoke to insisted that you called me, when I asked her to give me time you called she said it was 12h34, I checked my call records and I told her there is no record of your call on my side. She then said that a consultant will call me, that was 12h49. The time now is 16h24 and you still have not contacted me.
I feel that I am being played here. This is so frustrating. I have the medication that I live on, and I need that money to go to the pharmacy to get my medication. While you are busy playing hide and seek with my money my life is being compromised here I am defaulting my treatment because of this.
