Capitec suspended my account

My name is Tshepiso Langa my capitec account was suspended on the 17 October 2022 Monday due to the money that was deposited on my account on the 16 September 2022 the amount was R2119,50 the money was from the website site called https://www.sap27.com/#/register/*** it was an online job where you deposit certain amount to receive more sort of an investment and then they give you links to like and subscribe for videos on YouTube then you earn commission on the money you deposited, how ever my mom was the one who was registered to “SAP27” she made a withdrawal from the website into my banking account the R2119,50 it was her commission she made from SAP27 and the we recently realised it was a **** a website just disappeared from the internet we can’t access it anymore and other people are ****med too my mom couldn’t withdraw some of her money from the website because it disappeared, so capitec bank blocked my account cause they suspect as a ********* I am not involved with ***** now I can’t use my account cause it’s blocked My debit orders can’t deduct cause my account is blocked by capitec and I have money in my account, I went to capitec bank to report this issue but they have not helped me even today it’s been 2-3 weeks my mom just used my account for her withdrawal from the SAP27 website and then I got blocked
