CAPITEC SUPPPORTING ****MERS!!!!!!!Ignoring ***** while there is 100% prove of ***** and theft commited

Terrible terrible service assisting and preventing *****.

Waited for money that was pending to be released to ****mers first and did not stop the transfer. When asked. Capitec is now holding me ,their client ,liable to get a email from the ****mers to give consent for a cancellation and is expecting the problem to be solved by sending my banking details to the ****mers and ask for a refund even if capitec was able to stop ***** in time from happening. The ****mers is viagogo and ive send PROVE to capitec that viagogo is *******ly selling concert tickets. Because of CAPITEC lack of preventing crime and ***** ive lost money. Capitec did absolutely zero and their telling me just ask for a refund????????????????????????
