Capitec supports ********** activities

I was ****med trying to purchase an item from another individual. The individual banker with Capitec.i went and reported this matter. I was then told I could not be helped as I didn't have a police case. Opened a case . They then decided that they had taken matters into their own hands. But I was not informed nor did they have my contact details. It's been a traumatic experience
