Capitec supports and promotes ******** 6

I was a victim of a ****, wrote an affidavit, have a case number and provided all necessary documents as proof.Was told to wait Seven working days for investigation, today it’s the 10th day but got no call from Capitec till I decided to go the branch only to be told they can’t reverse funds because there was an agreement between me and the *******. Yes there was a ****en agreement, a documented one even, which I provided to Capitec as proof. The other party is using your ****en account to **** people and you are allowing it. I have been banking with Capitec all my life I’m definitely changing to another bank should I not receive my money back. I even wonder if there was any investigation at all to the matter.You guys are pathetic really
