Capitec sucks

A week ago my mom went to Capitec in Bree Street, Johannesburg CBD to open a bank account. She went on a Friday morning. The lady told her, the bank cannot pick up her fingerprints, so she needs to go to home affairs for fingerprints verification. She went and got a letter from home affairs stating her finger verification. She went back to Capitec the following Monday. When she got in the bank, she was told that the lady who assisted her on Friday is not in, so she needs to come back on the Tuesday. The Tuesday she went to another Capitec branch in Diepkloof Square, this time she was assisted by a gentleman. Again she was told about her fingerprints but then she gave him the letter she received from Home Affairs. When he went onto the system, he told my mom that she needs to go back to Capitec in town because the lady who first assisted her is the only one who is able to process her profile. She needs t go back to her and tell her to clean up her mess she made. My mom immediately went to town, she was told by another lady that the lady who assisted her is on lunch and that my mom needs to go back to Home Affairs to apply for a new ID in order for them to assist her!! The audacity of these people, just imagine huh!! 1st of all, my mom is unemployed, she needs the bank account to apply for her UIF benefits. 2ndly why didn't they tell her exactly what they need because now she's being sent from pillar to post on her own expense. 3rdly, why is only ONE person able to assist and no one else when the ONE person is unavailable? So to make a long story short. I was very unhappy with the treatment my mom got, so I took her to a Standard Bank branch, where we were assisted in less than half and hour. Needless to say, you lost a potential client as well as my respect I had for Capitec as a whole.
