Capitec sucks !!!

If you ever wanted to rate how strong a business is ...see how they deal with customers during times of adversity...Capitec has closed half of their branches due to lockdown..now customers have to travel distances to access services which can only done in branch...ridiculous ques and spending hours...totally unacceptable !!! Stop concentrating on reporting how well your business is doing and concentrate on customer service !!!!
