Capitec Sucks !!!!!!

I have been complaining from Capitec branches regarding my card, and account that there is something that is taking my money and no one is willing to help (Reff No : 6*** , *** , ***2) I will be approaching my 3rd month without a card because someone somewhere do not want to do their job, is it that easy for people to get away with our money whiles the bank is sitting there doing nothing, I went to a branch in Diepkloof square and the agents there where rushing to knock off no one took me serious, Are you guys running a business or a circus, I am bringing business to the bank and my loyalty since 2012 and no one takes me serious, How must i go about using my bank if i have no card.
