Capitec Sucks…..

In December we tried to book through an online platform for accommodation and the payment was reversed from their side saying that they were fully booked and then we used another platform to book but the money never got back to our account and then we called Capitec in December to log into dispute for that amount and ever since we’ve been calling each and every Month ,and you know the money that we spent already calling them now equates to the money we needed to be reversed .
